I ordered takeout from here and got the Grandma style pizza. It was super good, the crust was well baked (not burnt and not soggy). The cheese, sauce and ingredients all tasted fresh! Definitely a hit and went beyond expectations! The service was so friendly too. My husband and I just moved to the area, and we are glad to have this as a go-to pizza place :)
I just moved to the area and being from New York I'm a bit particular about pizza. I tried 5 different places and Illiano's is far superior to the others! Plus I ordered a greek salad with grilled chicken and it was excellent! They are my go to restaurant.
Get the Penne Ala Vodka here! It’s a hard sauce to replicate & I usually get 2 meals out of it showing the portion is worth the value. The house red pepper olive oil is so delicious with the side of soft bread. Everyone is nice but always quiet which can be intimidating when they all look at you because the kitchen is a big line. But it’s always clean, the people always are put together and the foods great, so a few less words don’t bother me at all... overall if your in the area, you’ll have to drive at least 20 minutes to get this style of preparation and taste.
I ordered a baked lasagna tonight because I was craving it. I thought 19 seemed a bit steep on price but it is the best damn lasagna I have had in a long time!! Worth every penny ! May not finish it all, lots of delish layers!! I also ordered a Cobb salad but have no room in my tummy for it, it looks absolutely delish though!
Honestly I've been here a couple times and it never dissapoints. The Pizza is great, whether it's the stuffed meatlovers or the mac and cheese. But the Buffalo chicken did falter. The garlic knots are pretty good. The Italian wedding soup is hearty and cozy. Lastly my go to platter is either the chicken caesar salad cause it has a good serving of chicken. Or the veal marsala which hits.
Best fettuccine alfredo I've ever had!! Ask for it with chicken and bacon. It was amazing!! There was enough for a second meal leftover!! Husband had lasagna and loved it too!!
2nd best pizza I’ve had in NE from NH to CT right after Apollo’s. Buffalo Chicken is the best Buffalo chicken I’ve ever had. Big ole pizza for a great price. I’ve had one bad pizza out of about 30-40 times of ordering from there.
I had the half grinder and soup lunch special. It was delicious! The half grinder was larger than a typical half and it was stuffed with meat and cheese! The Italian wedding soup is made in house like most of the menu items and was wonderfully satisfying. Our waitstaff, Brianna was a delight with a friendly smile and personality. We loved the mints too!
